INGREDIENTS


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup (plus more for garnish) pico de gallo, homemade or store bought
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Guacamole (optional)
  • Cilantro


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In skillet brown your ground beef until no longer pink, drain.
  • Add in your taco seasoning and stir until distributed, stir in your pico de gallo and 1 cup cheese and mix until melted, set aside.
  • Spray a 24-count mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and place wonton wrappers in wells of each.
  • Spoon a little of ground beef mixture in each wonton wrapper until they are all filled, then sprinkle with remaining cheese
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted.
