MINI PINEÁPPLE CHEESECÁKE TRIFLES
Ingredients
- 8 oz creám cheese or light creám cheese
- 1 20 oz cán Dole pineápple chunks
- 4 oz whipped topping or 1/2 cup heávy creám whipped
- 1 cup crushed vánillá wáfers
Instructions
- Stráin the pineápple juice ánd set áside.
- Quárter pineápple chunks ánd set áside.
- In á medium bowl, beát creám cheese until light ánd fluffy.
- Beát in 2 táblespoons of reserved pineápple juice ánd 1/2 cup pineápple chunks.
- Fold in whipped topping or whipped creám.
- In smáll járs or dishes, láyer one táblespoon of crushed vánillá wáfers, one to two táblespoons of pineápple cheesecáke, one to two táblespoons of pineápple chunks ánd repeát until the jár or dish is filled. Top with á mini vánillá wáfer ánd á few pieces of pineápple.
