  • Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
  • Broccoli Pasta Salad

Greek Tortellini Pasta Salad

  1. 1 12 ounce package fresh cheese tortellini
  2. 1/3 cup chopped red onions
  3. 1 cup chopped cucumber
  4. 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  5. 1/4 cup sliced radishes
  6. 1/2 cup sliced black or kalamata olives
  7. 2/3 cup crumbled feta
  8. 1/4 cup chopped basil
  9. 3/4 cup Greek Salad Dressing OR Homemade Dressing
  10. For the homemade dressing
  11. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  12. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  13. 2 cloves garlic grated
  14. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  15. 1 teaspoon honey organic agave syrup or sugar
  16. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For the homemade dressing: Combine all the ingredients together in a resealable jar. Shake well and set aside.
