CILANTRO LIME BROWN RICE: CHIPOTLE COPYCAT
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 4 cups Brown Rice (cooked)
- 1-2 Limes (zested and juiced)
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Heat AVOCADO OIL until shimmering on medium-high heat in a non-stick skillet.
- Add RICE; sauté and stir until thoroughly warmed (4-5 minutes).
- Add LIME JUICE; sauté and stir until it's mostly absorbed (1-2 minutes).
- Remove from heat; add CILANTRO, SALT, and BLACK PEPPER; gently toss to combine.
